No matter how you eat, Paleo or not, the key to long-lasting health and body comfort is self-love & acceptance. Seriously. If you approach yourself with disdain, frustration, anger, etc. for not losing weight or for gaining past weight loss back, you are destined to repeat the vicious, hurtful cycle of yo-yo dieting and body fluctuation.
Instead, long-lasting good health and body comfort start first and foremost with self-love and acceptance. I’ll be back with more elaboration. In the meantime, think about what you might say to a friend who was down and in the dumps about how they felt about themselves and their disappointments about their body size.
